Scared to jump in!

Postby dottsgarden » July 30th, 2006, 9:41 pm

Hello Everyone - I haven't started yet but I am gearing up for it. It's been several years since I've even tried to seriously diet. Afraid of failure! Who isn't?

Well, here's a WOOHOO for me!

Many of us were nervous in the beginning. There's really nothing to be afraid of, though. It WILL work for you, if you follow the program. Maybe not as quickly as you'd like (what DOES? I'd like to have lost everything overnight), but it will work. And it's pretty easy to follow, once you get used to it.

Good luck! I look forward to hearing more from you.

And welcome!!
Robin

Hi Dot, welcome. I know this can be scary but once you look around a bit and you start to believe that you too can loose weight, the scarey turns to excitement and you will want to get started right away. Again Welcome :)

Welcome Dot!!

Yes, please register so you are able to view everyone's weight ticker at the bottom of their posts. This alone is motivation for anyone deciding whether they would like to start the program. Make sure you jump around the forum and read..... there are alot of questions answered, many success stories, blunders made by some of us and others dusting off the ones that fell off the wagon in a weak moment. We have a very supportive group here.... THE BEST in my opinion. I would not have been successfull if it weren't for them.

I hope you decide to become part of our family :)

Good luck,

Smarti

Hi Dott,
I'm adding a "Whoo Hooo" for you too!!! Soon the pounds will be going and we'll all be cheering for you. When you get going just be sure and follow the plan exactly. That way you'll be losing as safely and as quickly as possible. That's exactly what we all want to do. The first three days or so are the hardest...but after that...bye bye pounds!! I'll be looking for you :D

Thank you all for your motivational support.

I'll be checking in with my doctor in about a week.
He has agreed to support me through this. I'll be using
the MF for diabetics.

In the mean time, I'm on the phone for my first order.

God bless!
