Awww, that's the way it is some weeks! If it is any encouragement, on the week following my no-loss weigh ins, I've lost LARGE flab amounts at once! Sometimes your body just has to rearrange all those innards and remaining fat and fluid, not to mention reabsorbing the miles of blood vessels that you used to need to support that fat!
Please don't be discouraged--just have faith in the plan, because as long as you are following the plan, you WILL lose!
