SAY A LITTLE PRAYER

Postby THINKnTHIN » October 10th, 2006, 3:07 pm

Doing just great...in the zone.....what happens......'da boys rebel!

"We want REAL food tonight! Nothing healthy!"

Request is FRIED CHICKEN, FRIED RANCH POTATOES, FRENCH FRIES, HUSH PUPPIES AND CORN ON THE COB!!! ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH

My salad is waitling already made with my grilled chicken. Say a little prayer for strength and courage. These are ALL my trigger foods.

What I wouldn't give for a youthful metabolism and testosterone. It's just not fair. I have been placed in the wrong family!

Gotta go...stove awaits.

Good luck!! And remember, all that stuff will still be there later on. To be enjoyed on occasion, in moderation.

Right now, it'd just upset your stomach AND make you all bloated and miserable and guilty.

Enjoy your salad, and make some Medifast pudding or something later on for a treat (or whatever your favorite Medifast meal is). You can do it!!

I MADE IT! Phew! ON PROGRAM! After I posted .....I turned off the stove and walked outside and watched the sunset....a glorious one. Then I came back inside and finished cooking, serving, and cleaning up. I think all of your all's good ju-ju was with me because nary a bite went into my mouth. I was rewarded today with someone saying "You have lost weight haven't you"? WHAT A GREAT DAY! The good thoughts and prayers worked Thanks So Much!

Yay!!! Great job!! Remember this feeling for the next time you're tempted. It's SO much nicer to feel proud and in control.
