I'm actually more of a savory flavor person ;) but I'm not a mongo fan of the MF soups, so seeing myself having 5 of them a day induces terror.

HA! I understand the terror BerkshireGrl...
I rather like the soups as something hot seems more meal-ish...so 5 shakes a day endlessly could be rough. If it were shakes only, I'd have to chuck some salt into my mouth occasionally! :-P

I have always described myself as a savory lover but I would have a much easier time with shakes then soups.

I vote for shakes, but that's probably not fair, since it's only my 4th day on plan! The shakes are easy...the soups have been a bit difficult for me (office microwave, overspills, etc.). Plus, I want to be discrete and it seems that the soups take longer to prepare.

I like them both and usually have both every day. The shakes, though, are a whole lot more versatile than the soups -- cold chicken and rice? uh-uh. Hence my decision.

I drink the RTDs, but if the plan had only been shakes when I started, I would never have done it. I hated them then, and I hate them now. All of them. No matter what you add to them or how you make them. Yuck.

Unlike Nancy, I will NOT eat cat poo to be thin.

I vote for shakes, but I'll tell you the lack of savory would drive me insane. But the soups are a pain to make, I have to add stuff all the time, and I'd get mighty sick of them quick. I already feel like MF is too sweet overall, but I can only eat so much chicken soup.

I live on shakes (2-3/day), bars, and oatmeal with a soup only about once a week. Then after I have the soup, I realize I gave up a shake or oatmeal and I'm sad, lol.

Give the Diabetic stuff a try, Sarya. Not as sweet. And dh LOVES the diabetic PB bars.

The Shakes are definitely more versatile for me. I enjoy the soups once in awhile but rarely have them with my on the go lifestyle.

No shakes for me, yucky, unless they are RTD's. Most of the soups are good or can be made, good! Oatmeals, RTD, soups, bar, capp or cocoa--typical day. Add a Dunkin Donut coffee or a Starbuck's to that! ;)

I really like the chicken wild rice soup, but I picked shakes for their overall versatility and tasty refreshingness (is that even a word? LOL)

If I could pick any MF, I would eat a lemon bar every time, but alas, that cannot be....

My choice would be soy crisps for every meal, if they would make them into a meal.

Even the diabetic stuff is too sweet for me, plus most of it still has more sugar than I'd like to eat. But as much as I love chocolate, I don't love chocolate-flavored stuff as a meal. And I want to STOP liking chocolate and sugar so much, not get used to eating it at every sitting. Sigh.

I would take savory over sweet any day...unfortunately, I despise every flavor of soup. I had to vote sweet.
