Just sounds like someone is getting jealous. I had someone make an off handed comment to me early on. My retaliation was I looked them in the eye and said in a voice loud enough to be heard by most of the office that there is a distinct possibility that I will weigh less than he does in 90 days. Obviously there were some oohs and ahhas from the peanut gallery and his face turned red. The outcome was a bet to see who could lose the largest percentage of body weight in the next 90 days. Contest ends on Aug 14. So far I am down almost 9% and he has actually added almost 2%. And it is looking very good that my prophecy will come true about weighing less than him in August. I have also asked that this person save his suits so that we can trade when I lose another 20 lbs. He will surely need mine and I could use his.

Just keep doing what you are doing...obviously some people will be envious of your will power and dedication. To them...let them know that crow is best served as a L&G and it comes all you can eat.

sounds like she is jealous. How nasty. Sorry you were hurt by it. Take pride in the fact that it wont be too long before you are going to be able to get rid of even more clothes. See what she says then!

Oops. I have now learned that it is not wise to try to eat in an irish restaurant. Hello 1.5 pounds.. I was glad to see you go; I'm sorry to see you back; don't get comfy. Oi.

Well.. I know this next week is going to be a not quite on plan week. I just have to do the best I can. I'm so surprised about the 1.5 pounds though to be honest. I didn't do that badly at the restaurant, but I think everything was covered in salt. And I could barely order anything on the menu.

It's ok. It's my birthday. I know everyone says "Oh <insert whatever here> will be there when you are slim", but well.. it's my birthday, and I am making the choice not to completely follow the plan today or tomorrow. It's sort of like practice for later, right?

I have made choices to go off plan..so far along my journey. I know it has slowed my loss..but it is what keeps me happy...so it is worth it!

Just remember to jump right back on the train to thinnyville!

ooooo. Last night we went to Morton's as planned. Morton's is a very expensive steakhouse. I don't know what came over me.. I thought I could have some wine. Believe me... omg.. I so paid for it last night (in both cash and hell. It was a $70 bottle of wine). I was nauseous; my belly hurt. Everytime I got up out of bed I burped horrible wine/bile burps. It was terrible. This morning I feel like I was run over. repeatedly. I did lose a half pound of that salt from the day before though. But ugh. Today I need to drink tons and tons of water.

I just spent a few hours cleaning and prepping for the party. I feel like I just took a shower but it's sweat! UGH. Of course it has to 89F today. oof. I feel better now though than this morning.

You make me feel better about my bad behavior lately :)

I have 14 days left until my cruise and I want to be 149 when I go. That will be 6.5 more pounds in two weeks. I just have to behave. We BOTH do!

We should make a 14 day pact with each other that we will not cheat, we will drink all our water and stick to plan. No extra ketchup, or mints, or anything. What do you think?

I'm going to be at my parents for the next entire week so I think it would be unwise of me to make that promise til I get back :/ I'm also going to a wedding and who knows how that will go.

This past weekend was a weekend of forbidden food. I'm still full. It made me ill. It made me realize I can't eat that way which is a good thing.

I leave today to go see my parents for the week. I have a wedding on Saturday.

I'm sort of in an iffy state of mind as a friend of mine died yesterday.

I'm going offline. I won't be back for the whole week.

I am back from my trip and back on plan as of this morning. I've been off plan pretty much since Thursday, June 29th. I am up 2.5 pounds since my last weigh-in.

Just wanted to give an update.

I bought a pair of size 12 stretch levi's this past week. wow.

I feel bad. Work has been so busy I haven't really been able to chat over here, and that stinks!

Anyway.. I was happy to wake up this morning back to 207.5 which only confirmed my belief that it was water (or other transitional) weight that I had gained.

I had a new caramel nut bar today. I like the old ones better. These are very gooey and make my teeth hurt with the sugar. I'm thinking about easing away from having bars every day anyway.

I somehow have managed to have a TON of MF food in my cabinet. To the point where I may have to skip my auto-ship this month. I think it started when I got the five weeks of food and set up auto-ship about 2-3 weeks in. Then I ordered extra food this last order, and didn't eat my meals for an entire week. oops.

My body is going insane while it gets over my vacation. My face is all blotchy and pimples popped out. My hair is dry and frizzy. My digestive tract is sad, but the amount it expelled today was truly impressive. *ugh* I look forward to my glowing skin and quiet digestive tract!! The hair might take a while longer.
