It's amazing what a little bit of salsa can do for the soups.

I tried some liquid :smoke: smoke in the Homestyle Chili -

:twisted: be warned, it takes just a very
itsy bitsy teensy tinsy very puny amount to make it smoky...
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...

Ok, but is that 2 tablespoon a day of salsa? Or in each bowl? How many calories total should come from salsa??? I need to find out for a friend of mine :)

2 Tablespoons per day. Total. I wouldn't worry about the cals/carbs in 2 T, Lisa Renee.

Most all salsas are okie dokie - fresh or canned. I prefer fresh as it doesn't have all the preservatives and sodium found in most canned salsas.
