2 Tablespoons per day. Total. I wouldn't worry about the cals/carbs in 2 T, Lisa Renee.
Most all salsas are okie dokie - fresh or canned. I prefer fresh as it doesn't have all the preservatives and sodium found in most canned salsas.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
