Is Salad Dressing Still Allowed If You Don't Eat A Salad?

Postby Guest » March 10th, 2006, 1:15 pm

I don't eat salads at all, but are the dressings still allowed in the event you aren't actually eating a salad? I ask because I can use ranch in the place of other condiments like ketchup or mustard, but because of the larger amount allowed (1tbsp), it allows me a better tasting meal.

A lot of the times, I will simply eat 1 1/2 cups of cucumbers in place of a salad, in that case, I assume the dressing is fine. When I eat cooked vegatables though, should I eliminate the ranch?

I have ordered some Walden Farms stuff, so I assume that it will be fine when that is here (considering the 0's across the board), but until then, I'm curious.

I say go for it!

Doesn't really matter if it's going on lettuce, cucumbers, or whatever else MF-approved substance you prefer :)
