I'm trying a post again. A mod moved my original post out of the weigh in thread last time and edited it to look like I gave it as a self introduction. Please don't edit my posts without at least leaving a note about what was changed.
I'm starting at 558, and I hope to get down to around 240 which would be healthy for my build. In the first week I'm having a go at using extra Medifast packets as hunger dictates, with the goal of eliminating regular food. Once I kill the craving for junk, I'll shoot for the Medifast-recommended 5+1. Kill the cravings first, hunger second!
