Hi Elke !! I don't have my scale with me on vacation, but I will just VERY briefly pop in to say congrats and that I have been perfectly on plan through the wedding and so far into our journey beyond ! I don't foresee that changing :).

Good job you guys. Hey, stay away from the scale - imagine how fun it would be to weigh in only once a month and see 12 or 15 pounds gone?

Yeah, right - I'll be a daily weigher till the day I drop, I suppose - but it's interesting to think about the alternatives....

Happy Tuesday !!
I am a bit late in checking in as I have been CRAZY here at work and home... Anywhoo, I am down a total of 7 lbs !!! I not only dropped the horrible 6 (from those Girl Scout Cookies) but I lost one more too !

So I am now down 23 lbs...and almost into the 200's !! (309-RIGHT NOW)

So, My goal is to now focus on getting that 309 to read 299 !!

Slow and Steady..... :)

Congrats to All of You..Just for Being You !! :)

I'm trying a post again. A mod moved my original post out of the weigh in thread last time and edited it to look like I gave it as a self introduction. Please don't edit my posts without at least leaving a note about what was changed.

I'm starting at 558, and I hope to get down to around 240 which would be healthy for my build. In the first week I'm having a go at using extra Medifast packets as hunger dictates, with the goal of eliminating regular food. Once I kill the craving for junk, I'll shoot for the Medifast-recommended 5+1. Kill the cravings first, hunger second!

That's a good plan, Scatter - it's been recommended to me before as a good way to deal with things at first. I hope you have a solid first week.
