Word of (obvious) advice - following the program for 8 days and then going off for 7 does not yield really great results. Killed my pounds per week loss average.

But I'm keeping a sense of humor about it - I have no doubt that I WILL be thin one of these days, or one of these years - I'll get it right.
Anyway, I've pushed back my next 'day 1' three or four times now, but tomorrow I really want to stick with it. We shall see next week if I wanted it badly enough....
