Thanks, Sherry

Don't drink and a bikini at 40 eek!, but tanning in the bahamas sounds like a dream come true. I do love fishing also. We will definately look great this summer!

I was all bummed out about my new scale, and my weight loss had slowed WAY down since I started at curves, and I forgot to weigh in this morning...... blah blah blah.

So anyway, I weighed tonight. Normally my weight is up a couple of pounds in the afternoons from where it is in the mornings, so imagine my surprise to see ....

5 more pounds gone! I'm going to weigh tomorrow morning since my usual weigh-time is mornings and I'm dying to see if it's different. :)

DOWN 33 pounds WOO HOO

I can now officially join the 30# club!

Kimbob,
33 lbs. YOU GO GIRL!! YAHOOOO! That's awsome! I can't wait until I reach the -30 lbs. club. I know you must feel fantastic! You're an inspiration for me not to cheat, even though I STILL feel like cheating sometimes ( don't know why). I think when I start doing so well I get scared of the thought of actually thinking I will succeed on this program and I sub-conciously get an urge to sabatoge my progress. I agree with the various comments I've read about this program being a mental thing. The weird thing is , is that the only thing I crave to cheat with since I've started this program is "Skippy" superchunk peanut butter. Of coarse my kids love it, so I have to keep some in the house. I put it all the way in the back of the pantry. I don't know why I crave that, since I have never been a big peanutbutter person before I started this program. Any suggestions, tips or comments anyone? Again Kimbob CONGRADULATIONS! I look forward to viewing your future inspiring success posts!

Yikes Sher,
Your font's so big it doesn't fit on my screen. I toned it down a little...

Weighing in a bit late here, but 11 pounds down in 11 days!! I am thrilled! I even decided to move my goal weight to 5 lbs. less - I feel that I can really reach any goal right now..... For a few days, I was weighing every day..... Too depressing. I do much better with once or twice a week!

I'm so happy for everyone else's success! Yea Medifast! Yea Team!:goteam:
