I'm laying off the scale a bit - if it's to be believed, I'm -up- two pounds this week which would be really discouraging. At the same time, I had to fetch an older pair of pants from my storage closet and punch a new hole in my belt to keep from mooning folks.
Either I'm somehow gaining muscle while fasting, Medifast is doing really odd things to how much water my body stores, or this scale's just not that reliable. I won't sweat it for a while unless I have to stop using that new belt hole.
