Okay down 2 lbs the hard way :D What you mean I did not have to take my appendix out to use the plan, no fair. Ah well it's done anyhow....I will take 2 no matter how it comes.

Congrats on the 2 ! But, is the appendix serious ? :shock:

Anyway, down 2.2 from the last time I officially weighed in (leaving me at 190.2 this morning). I will take it after my horrible day of naughty "Ps" on Thursday, as well as my track record and circumstances in the last couple of weeks ! NOW, onward and downward :). Cheers !

Wow, 180. You went for the most hard core 2lbs first. Next time a dietitian does that thing where they drag out the globby mess to show you what a pound of fat looks like, you just slam that 2lb appendix down on the desk. "BOO YA!"

Down 9lbs in the second week. I'm as surprised as anyone, and fully ready for next week to be meh. I'm really skeptical that anything close to this rate is sustainable.

What a happy week for everybody!!!

I am down 8.2 for week 1 and I will SO take that - with my medium-sized naughty 'p' day yesterday. :lol: I'm proud of how I handled it, though. Big change from the usual!! More in the journal when I get a chance.

LOL yep, got sick this past week, and had mine yanked...I had JUST got my box of Medifast and was starting next day...I technically can't start for 4 weeks, but between you and me so starting before that :shock: shhh no telling

Good job everybody!

Last Sunday I weighed in at 253. Started exercise this week, including some fairly intense weight lifting. I had stalled but thankfully had a 1 lb loss from yesterday to today.

Today I am at 248.4, for a loss of 4.6 lbs this week (although if I go back two Sundays, my loss for those two weeks is only 4.8... hopefully I'm out of this plateau!). That puts me at 42.6 pounds total loss.

First week back after a long time. I was a little naught here and there but not as bad as I would have been if I was off program completly. I loss 5 this week going fromk 239 to 234 and its also my TOM. Hope to do better next week. Congrats to all!
