Good job everybody!
Last Sunday I weighed in at 253. Started exercise this week, including some fairly intense weight lifting. I had stalled but thankfully had a 1 lb loss from yesterday to today.
Today I am at 248.4, for a loss of 4.6 lbs this week (although if I go back two Sundays, my loss for those two weeks is only 4.8... hopefully I'm out of this plateau!). That puts me at 42.6 pounds total loss.
