I am down to 180 today. That is six pounds this week!!! Five pounds from goal #1.

I am 248.2, down 18.2 pounds total in the past 28 days. I'm going for 20 by day 30! Time to go Zumba!!!

I am 229. which is 2 or 4 this week, or last few weeks not sure, I just was NOT posting until I saw 229...total loss of 25 lbs in 2 months, not as fast as I would like, but it's coming along. 219 here I come...
