I'm here and have taken the day off exclusively to dedicate to my restart with my medifast plan ! I am really excited because my head is finally in the right place ! I recall how horrible the first day or two can be, so I decided to take the day to focus on the big job (me ) at hand !

I have a LONG way to go, but with friends like you and others here, I know I can do it !

Well, Wilson - lets live up to our "names" (if you are Wilson, I must be the Castaway right?) They were there for each other. Remember - Tom Hanks even "painted" Wilson a new face when he needed one. I am back to day one of my plan too after blowing it over the weekend following the big blow up with my dad. I know when I am eating for emotional comfort, but I get so emotionally distraught that I just can't seem to feel better without the comfort foods. That makes me feel weak and so goes the spiral out of control.

I am almost to the point that I am ready to kiss my $10 bucks goodbye because I know others have made bigger strides than I have the last couple of months. The only thing I have going for me is that I am working out a little bit in PT. At least that part of my life (my ankle) is going well.

Hang in there! Remember how much weight Tom lost on that island. I think we might have hit on a good theme here.

Despite your struggles you maintain your great sense of humor ! You go girl ! Yes, I will accept my new "face" when I have earned it ! Lets' say when I hit my 50 lb mark, I get a new face ! I am so focused it isn't funny... it's amazing how pain is my motivator. Yes, ask me what the temp is supposed to be here to day in Ct???? 60 degrees I certainly can't weigh a ton walking in that warm weather...I'll expire !

Hey everyone - Thanks for checking in on me. I am still around - lurking sometimes, but just don't have it in me to post right now. I have slid into a pretty deep depression which is affecting many (most) other areas of my life right now. Just doing the best I can to keep my head above water.
