My suggestion about the off program foods is to give it away to someone who can eat or use it. Otherwise give it a toss. I do not take this advise myself.........I use the excuse that I'd be tossing away 'good food', 'money that I don't have to throw away' or 'it is for my husband/grandkids or ?' . Yeah right. It is just excuses so that I'll have something when the mood hits. Not wise or good on my part. Be a better person than I am......and give it away or toss it.
