Got off to a rough start today, but got on track and back in the game. I have to have yet another ankle surgery - this time to replace my Achilles tendon (which they should have done in '07, but I am not bitter). I refuse to go off the program to accommodate the surgery so I plan to just listen to my body and add a shake or something to make up for the healing. That surgery isn't scheduled yet, but I am aiming for the end of the month so that my niece can stay with me during her spring break. Deanna is in school 8am - 3pm so she won't be able to help much. I don't mind her not being available since she is on track to being a vet tech. She has had such a rough time deciding what to do since graduation last year and I am so proud to see that she is on the road to working with animals like she always hoped to. Anyway, back from that tangent..... I hope to lose as much as possible this month to make recovery easier. Even the thought of being 300+ pounds and on crutches makes me sick.
I am sooooooo happy about the addition of the BROWNIES!!! OMG they are soooo great!!! Best thing to happen to MF EVER! I think they are even better than most of the bars. I like to cook em just shy of done and enjoy that "mushy" middle. Y-U-M-M-Y in my tummy.
Oh - eh - to the powers that be..... I need to be reduced to the 10 pound club
That is just disgusting to me, but I will wear that badge with a mix of pride and shame until I can return to the seat I once occupied in the 80# club.
