Ok... Well I think it's the best way to be sure to eat the exact amount of meat... I'll shop for a scale then :) Thanks!

Well, already day 3 of week 2 :)

I'm feeling very good, Medifast really work and I don't heaven have to weight myself to be aware of that. I'm feeling loose on almost all my pants! I'm excited to go on the scale next saturday to see how much I lost. It's so hard to stay compliant, but it worth it. Since I HATE oatmeal, I started making cookies with it, SO GOOD!!! I had my cookie for breakfast this morning and for evening treat yesterday.

9h30 Oatmeal cookie (miam)
11h30 Vanilla shake
13h30 Caramel bar
15h30 Orange shake
18h00 L&G
20h30 Soup or pudding, I'll see

I think too I'll have to change my goal weight... I'm not sure I can weight 160, as I have big bone and I'm build "big". Maybe my ideal weight is 180 lb, I don't know... Well, lets get to 180 lbs, after that we'll see :)

Have a good day everyone!

Eric you are doing really good. About changing your goal weight...my goal that you see was started as my "first" goal..I thought I wanted to be smaller but I find that right now I am in a size 10 pants...I don't mind that so I decided that I will stick with that goal, get off MF...maintain, workout and in about a month or 2 see how I feel and if I need to loose more then I will if not then I wont. Its hard to decide now for some and thats ok...just keep doing what you are doing and your body will let you know.

9h15 - oatmeal cookie
11h15 - Bar
13h15 - orange shake
16h30 - L&G
18h30 - Shake
20h30 - Vanilla pudding

Feeling good today, I don't feel hungry anymore, that's great!

Hi Eric~ hope your day is going well. It looks like you are moving right along. You're doing great!

It is kind of amazing how that hunger seems to fade. Some of my friends believe I am not being honest when I tell them that I am really not hungry on MF.

Keep shakin.

Hi Eric,
So glad you are doing so well! Isn't it a great feeling when we realize we're not hungry?

I also adjusted my goal as I got close to it, but I adjusted mine down. When you get close to where you want to be, you'll know it!

Keep up the GREAT work!

No one ever believes me, either. So many people say "you are so strong, I could never do that".....well....let's keep our little secret, hehehe.

My mother, who is of normal weight, says she wouldn't be able to do it for 5 minutes. I tell her I wouldn't either if I were hungry all the time! I am not a superwoman! (Yet!)

Almost the end of my 2nd week... My goal for sunday morning is to be at 200 lb. It's going to be hard since I weighted myself a couple of time (hehe I couldn't resist) and it's close, but not really as fast as I would like to... Well, let's wait for sunday and I'll see :)

8h00 Cappuccino
10h00 Choco bar
12h15 Choco shake
15h15 Chicken wild rice soup
18h15 L&G
20h30 Oatmeal cookie

As my weight lost seem slower, I'll push my excercices a bit. Lets say Taekwondo 2 times a week and 3X 20 mins walk every week.

Today

8h45 oatmeal cookie
11h00 shake
13h00 choco mint bar
15h00 soup
18h00 L&G
20h30 shake

Good news! I weighted myself this morning just for fun and I finally did it to 200!!! I'm so happy! It was a hard day yesterday, I almost surrender!!! But my dear girlfriend put me back on the right path ;)

I finally decided to ajust my goal weight from 160 to 180. The way I'm going now, at 180 lb I'll feel very good. I'll see then if I want to go further.

Have a good day everyone!
