So, I finally got here, the time to write the first post of my journal
I'll start Medifast tomorrow, and my goal is to lost 55-60 lbs (from 215 to 160).
As the ticker in my signature show, I lost my first 11 lbs by changing my lifestyle (more sport, healthier food). But I now want to be at 160 lbs, a weight I never was before.
I'll see where I can go with Medifast, if I feel good at 180 and I don't feel having to much overweight, I'll stay there.
