Haha nice you're in good mood :) Well you're parlez-vous français is perfect Debra :)

KMR: Thanks :) I'm starting to feel the adverse effects of Medifast, I want to eat  But don't worry, I was prepared and I won't fall off the program. Soon, I'll eat my lean and green: Tuna salad... That's a good point of Medifast, it make us appreciate good food :)

Rick,
As a little girl my mother would always speak to me in French because she wanted me to know French and English fluently, but since no other kids I knew spoke French I had no interest in speaking it at the time. When I would answer her in French sometimes, I remember that she was always so strict about getting my accent perfect. Now I regret not learning it. I still remember alot, but I'm not fluent in it. You are so right about appreciating good food when your on M.F. When I'm on M.F. and I have my L&G, it's like I'm having a gourmet meal or something :flip: :bib: because I'm so happy just to have any type of "real" food. When usually if I wasn't doing M.F. I don't think I would even cook that type of healthy food for myself.
Keep up the great job Rick!

Eric~I hope your first day was a success. The first few days might seem rough, but it's worth it. You have a great attitude so I have no doubt you will be successful.

Kmr: Sometime it happen when someone want us to learn absolutly a language... Anyway, if you want to practice sometime don't be shy :-P :) Thanks for your good words too :)

Donica: Yes this first day was a success. I just go to bed earlier than usual (21h00) because I felt a bit tired. :)

Debra: Thanks for your interest :) As you read, everything was well :bouncie:

Ok, so today, day 2 :D

9h00 Scrambled eggs (delicious!!!)
11h00 Caramel nut bar
13h00 Banana creme shake
15h30 Chicken wild rice soup
18h00 L&G
20h30 Chocolate pudding

Today it's the first time I'll go to my Taekwondo course on Medifast diet. I'll be carefull and will reduce the frequency ( 2 times a week instead of 3) to be sure everything is OK.

Have a nice day everybody!

Hi Rick,
Don't be afraid to have an extra shake for your workout, or even a bar.
Lot's of water too.

Enjoy....

Thanks Unca for tue cue, but strangely I did not need another shake  I don't know why, all my workout was right. I ate my bar 1 hour before, and I drank my shake after while driving home. It's 14h25 now and I'm not hungry... Could I already be in Ketosis??? Well I don't know but I still follow the program, as the first days are crucial. I try to drink as much water as I can too... One day I'll be thin I guess 8)

Good deal,
I just wanted to make sure you knew you could add a meal if needed.

Keep in touch with your bod, and if you feel weak or lightheaded from exercise, don't hesitate having an extra meal or snack.

You very well could be entering the fat burning stage. Sounds like you are.

You'll be thin before you know it.....:)

Day 3...

Today I have a training for my job so my schedule was made according to it:

6h30: Apple cinnamon oatmeal
9h30: Orange shake
12h00: Raisin oatmeal bar
15h00: D-chocolate shake
18h00: L&G
20h30: Cappucino

Everybody will surely want to go to restaurant at noon, but I'll have to resist and eat my bar  Well, the desire to be thinner is a lot stronger than the pleasure of eating in a restaurant ;)

Have a nice day everyone!

Glad to hear you are doing good...Dont worry about the restaurant situation, you are right...thin is better than the short gratification of going to a restaurant...PLUS you save some cash for a new clothing article....
Have a good day! :)

Thanks everybody :)

Today's schedule:

8h00: Cappuccino
10h00: FV shake
12h00: Choco mint bar
15h00: L&G
18h00: Strawberry shake
21h00: Banana pudding

Finally yesterday I had to go to restaurant, as everybody was going and it was free  I ordered a chicken ceasar salad (with salad dressing apart) and ate my L&G ;) No bread, no dessert, nothing! Only salad and chicken! 8)
