Today, I entered the 40 lb club and it was really a bigger deal than I thought it was going to be. I decided to reward myself with a new handbag ... I bought the following in bamboo (medium brown) to wear with jeans and stuff.

This is the first time that I actually "rewarded" myself with something. Do you guys reward yourself with things and, if so, what types of things do you reward yourself with?

That bag is really pretty! GREAT reward!

I've just been rewarding myself with treats...pedicure...smell good stuff.

When I hit 30, I bought myself a new digital camera.

For 40...I dunno, I think I'll save up to get myself something cool once I get to 50!!!! Any ideas would be appreciated!

Well, This week, I indulged myself in a couple pair of White Stag Pocket Leggings in denim and black (my favorite slimming color). That purse would be absolutely perfect with them....

I hate to run, but I guess I'd better pick up the pace. My house is four floors with three staircases ... hope I don't trip or she's gonna get me

LOVE the bag!! I haven't had a new bag in gosh only knows when. Unless, of course, you count the kind that carry diapers and milk and toys and stuff!! Yes, I get rewards. My friends ( the closest ones--childhood friends) have all moved away. For every 30 pounds I lose, my hubby is going to take me to visit one. So, I will be going to Houston, Oklahoma City, Dallas, and Hawaii!!! Saving Hawaii for last, as I want to look really good in my bathing suit. Plus, maybe we can stay a little extra for my graduation from nursing school.

My 25 pound reward was a tattoo. Kinda hard to top that. I hit 50 pounds and don't know what to give myself but for me the greatest reward is how I feel now about myself!

I reward myself too. And I'm a big girl now and those rewards don't include food. LOL! (I remember when every reward was food related)

For 20 lbs lost I bought some much needed skirts for work.

For 30 lbs I got my nails done at a nice salon and he did such a good job, I'm leaving my regular nail person....I feel like I'm cheating, but damn they look good. I was supposed to get a pedicure, but let's just say I chickened out. LOL!

40 lbs lost I'm going to the Red sox....so I don't know if I'll make it, but it'll be pretty close. (I have about 3 weeks to lose 8 lbs) I think I can do it.

I'm going anyway. LOL!

So for 50lbs lost, I'm getting that pedicure done...I'm hoping the weightloss will coincide with June so I can do for my birthday too and bring my bestfriend.

60 lbs lost....I'm wanting a new charm on my charm bracelet....

70lbs or goal....I'm thinking a new wardrobe.

A girl can dream can't she?

Oh and now that I've typed my response, I LOVE your idea of a tattoo!!! My dh said to me when I fit into my skinny(not really skinny, but skinny for me 14 London Jeans) that I needed a tattoo on my lower back now.....and this is a man who's always been against tattoos and now is serious. LOL!

No rewards for me yet, but I'm only in the 10# club hehe. I will DEFINITELY get NICE new clothes once I'm near my goal.

I want your house too, Ark! LOL! Jeesh that would be some good exercise.
