I have used these pics of myself in this green top throughout my time on Medifast to remind myself of how big I had been. Came across the top and decided some cliche pics were in order!

In the first pic, the shirt doesn't look big to me, I gues becuase of the way it hangs - - glad you plled it out to show us

Thank you so much! I have heard that song and I ate a salad with chicken or turkey almost every day I was 5-1'ing it. Since I started back on WW I think I have had one! I have just been enjoying a wide variety of cooked vegetables after all those salads! I guess it's the weather too. Warm vegetables are nice.

I have always had chicken legs. When I was just a toddler my uncle used to sing the "Super Chicken" song for me. I'm glad I pulled it out too. That's the "cliche" part of the pics!

Thanks Ani and Mickey. We stopped by my husband's job Sunday with the dog and one of the employees said-"You look so different!" I said, "Thanks. I know. I lost a lot of weight." Then we started talking out in the yard and she said it wasn't just that-that I just looked better, there was just a change. I just told her that I had stopped drinking and started going to church and was just much happier in general. She said that must be it.
