Oh, this is gonna be a great week!

We can do it, Ladies!

This is the beginning of a brand new month and a brand new way of thinking about you.

You are familiar with the way the program works, you  love the way you feel when you are in control of what you eat and you feel :yippee: great when you are on the program.

The old ways of eating lead to brokenness and inner strife. You are choosing to do the things that lead to improved health, to clearer thinking, to increased energy and improved self-worth.

We are so excited for you and thankful that you are joining hands with us for the journey.

:goteam:

We raise our shaker jars to your success! :buddies:

TamiL ~

What an awesome post and a source of encouragement to your Forum Friends here.

Susan, Kat2 & Pam (and others)

Yep, no self-inflicted Noggin Noogies :hammerhead:

A slip up is NOT a Total Fall - a total fall is when a person walks away and never comes back.

Ours is not to :tears: worry about what we have done in the past but to look at this good day as the beginning of a new fresh way to live.

TamiL ~ Yes! You did it! Your success will be Susan's, Kat's and Pam's, too. Isn't it cool when one person crosses the goal line? :yay:

Once we reach the goal line, it's time to step up to the Transition Plate - go slowly, follow the plan exactly right and day by day, do all the things you know to do that will enable you to stay program-compliant. :toast:

We appreciate you! Thanks for coming :stroll: alongside our Losing Friends!

It really is amazing how much better I feel on the right path. Why do we fight getting back to this feeling?

I'm glad to see all the old timers!

Kat ~

I agree with you – Nothing feels as good as Medifasting and you are on your way to thinniness, my Friend!

:shades: This is IT, Kat - no turnin' back.

You are on your :redprowl: weigh to goal.
You can Medifast for a month if that's all ya want to do, or you can make a decision to Take Shape FOR LIFE!

Hi Susan, nice to meet you. I am a newbie here but am Medifasting again for the 2nd time in my life. (Seems we have a lot of those right now!) Anyway, you can click on my post titled "Medifast...again" to find out more about me, but I just wanted to jump in here and say CONGRATS! You can do this and we are here to do it with you!
