I love to make my version of "Salad Nicoise"
I get the bag of organic Eathbound Farms baby lettuce or spinach whichever they have, sliced beets, asparagus, (both from the can and chilled) scallions and a pouch of albacore tuna in water 3 oz size on top, with toasted sesame and ginger FF dressing, it's by Olde Cape Cod or something like that, it's so good.
You can also use green beans or raw broccoli if you like.
Oh, that with a pkg of the MF grain crackers and some Crystal Light iced tea and I am in hog heaven, well soon to be slimmer hog heaven.
It looks so pretty and tastes better than any salad I have ever had at any restaurant around here and very little prep time or mess.
