Well, my first post and any replies got swept away last weekend, so here goes.

I have for trade:
4 smores bars (old formula, blue wrapper)
6 chicken and wild rice soups (exp 5/22/07)
7 chicken and wild rice soups (exp 8/28/07)
15 chicken and wild rice soups (exp 10/14/07)
14 Ranch dressing (exp 10/28/06)
6 Chicken Salad essential1 meals (exp 5/07)
6 Tuna Salad essential1 meals (exp 6/07)
4 caramel nut bars (old formula, brown wrapper)

I would like: vanilla pudding, caramel nut bars (new formula), peanut butter bars (new formula), choc. divine bars (new or old formula), choc. mint bars, cinn. soy crisps, or oatmeal. I'm open to other offers as well, though.

I would love to trade some choc mint bars (just KNEW i would love them, and now, not so much) for your ckn/rice meals. whatever equal dollar trade would be. also, i have questions about the rest...

what is the difference in ranch dsg? (how many carbs are in theirs?) does it taste like normal ranch? they don't offer that anymore, so I have no way of knowing.

also, what are the meals you reference? have never seen those either... is there a link maybe? sorry for so many questions...
