we are all here because of our poor relationship with food whether its overeating or undereating. its all the same. Doesn't matter if you have 10 pounds or 200 pounds to lose we are all in the same boat!!
We all need to get to and MAINTAIN a healthy weight.
Maybe my goal of 118 isn't a healthy goal i am not sure. i know i will be happy if i maintained 125 for life.
