Ok...so last year (may) I did medifast and lost 9 lbs in 10 days. You would think that would have made me want to stay compliant, but NO!!! So I am back to try this with a new attitude....especially since I have gained a new 5lbs since the time I "thought" of restarting medifast. Apparently I was a busy girl in the having "the last meals" before starting the diet. What a shock and eye opener.

So today is the first day and yes I am very hungry. Did I see somewhere that "eating someone's arm" is equal to two pickles and allowed on the diet, because that is what I could do right now!!! I know that is because I have been on such a binge lately and my body is saying "what the heck are you doing". I am staying focused however and determined to loose all the weight this time. Looking forward to getting thin and healthy with everyone...great support here.

Looks like I have to go in and adjust my starting weight to a higher number :x

The good thing is that you know the plan works. 9 pounds in 10 days was a great start on your first attempt. I think you will have more resolve this time and will hit your goal.

My sympathies Vickie. The first few days are tough, but once you hit the magic moment it's all smooth sailing. :) Or, at least smoother. Have a Medifast smoothie and soothe your sweet tooth.

I have no idea why I just did that.

Good luck Vickie, we're all rooting for you.

I can't stop the oo's.

Kauket, you gooofy woooman. Is it the Sooouthern drawl...? ;)

Vicki, it's great to have you. Unca is right when he said elsewhere that it's better if you take the time you need to be ready to start, than to force yourself to do MF at a bad time. When you're ready, you're ready, and now that you've decided now is the time, it'll work out great for you. Congrats on your decision to take the MF path to thinnieville-- we'll be with you along the way!

Well - I needed that laugh right now - you guys sure are wacky!!!

Welcome back Vicki - guess we don't have to tell you what a great program MF is and what a great support network MMT is. You've got all that down already.

Hardest part is almost over - wishing you a quick passage to ketosis.
