Reintroducing myself

Hello all...I am not really a newbie although I surely feel like one today. I was not able to stay focused enough during some major life changes last year and am now back to really work this. I just wanted to intro myself and connect with the group. I am on day 2 of the total fast. Thanks for being here.

Welcome back. It's a good place to be....back here!!!! :toast:

This is a tough time of the year to be watching what we do and don't eat but on the other side of the coin...it's a real test of our will power and we can all prove we can do it!!!!! :cleader:
