Red Peppers

Are red peppers allowed? I prefer them over green peppers I noticed that green is in moderation but red is not really listed.

Red and yellow peppers are not on the list of approved veggies. They are higher in sugars. They'll be waitin' for ya when you get to maintenance and they'll be spectacular!
