M/F recipes

Postby sheri1103 » December 16th, 2006, 11:08 am

Hi All - As I am still relatively new to the site I am still meandering my way around. I love some of the recipes I have found. But trying to cut and paste or print just the ones I am interested in may not be my answer. Does anyone know of a M/F recipe book, maybe in PDF format?
Or are there tools I don't know of yet to search?

Thanks M/F buddies!
Sheri

There is a Recipe Guide you can order from TSFL and there is also a Holiday Survival Guide that I believe Unca posted here a couple weeks ago that has some recipes in (PDF).

Thanks Mike! I will ask TSFL about the guide.

Hi Sheri,
Here's the guide:
http://www.makemethinner.com/pdf/recipes.pdf

I guess you've found the "Lean Cuisine" section in this forum too?
http://www.makemethinner.com/forum/medifast-16.html

Lots of good ideas there....
