I did a variation of cauliflower mash and it's excellent. Includes cauliflower, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, 1 tbsp of low carb/low calorie fake butter stuff, and a pinch of salt. All approved by my consultant. yay!!! so good...mmmmmmm
