You should be 100% hydrated at all times! lol

Sorry, just had to . . .smartalic runs in the family. Or is it contageous since I married into it and it's getting worse?? Sign of old age? hmmm

In all seriousness -- Katie, where'd you find that? I'd love to see if it comes in a poster I can put in my classroom.
