Add 3/4 cup water instead of 1/2 cup. Add 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash. Microwave for 2 minutes. Let sit for at least 3 minutes (10 is better). Stir up. Microwave another 1-2 minutes. Add 1 TBSP. mild picante sauce, 1 TBSP. chopped red onion (or green onion). Stir and enjoy. If you like it thicker add several Medifast crackers, crushed and stir to thicken.
