Lisa, I had started a long reply to you, but my son grabbed the mouse and poofed it...
Anyway -- I am so proud of you

-- you were able to stand up to the fast food demon and say "NO".

That was a very BIG step in this journey we are all taking to shed the unwanted pounds.
Seeking refuge or solace in foods is a very common thing for over-weight people, but when you really think about it what does it do for us?

It only leaves us fatter, full of guilt, and the problems remain.
You are getting stronger and you can do it!

You can't give up! You have come too far! Plus, we need you here!
Next time you come face to face with that wrong food demon

-- take a deep breath, get away - get far away, and say a prayer.
We're here for you Lisa! Don't forget that!
