Yesterday, November 1st! Twenty three weeks & 1 day, #43.6 gone-

Did I laugh & hoot & holler; no, I cried. Weight loss, for me anyway, is so very much more than losing wieght, it's letting go of other things as well. It's also a time of great growth.

...and so, I move to transition & not without some apprehension. Now is when the real work begins. I plan to follow in DQ's & Robin's steps as closely as possible. I may want to ditch a few more pounds in February after the holidays and our family vacation That'll depend on how well I maintain.

I'm so proud of me! And I'm proud of all of you, too; thank you for your on-going support. We make this easier for each other than it would otherwise be~

I'lll send an "after" picture to Unca in the next few days. WOW, it sure feels good to type that!

Wow That is awesome. Congrats. You will do fine during the Holiday season. How does it feel to buy new clothes. How does it feel with all the compliments. Keep up the good work

Amber, I'm so proud of you!!!! Hold a seat for Jo, too; she'll be there anytime now.

Transition and maintenance is definitely daunting; especially maintenance, when you're pretty much left on your own. You can do it, though. It just takes vigilance. But if you follow the lessons you learned on Medifast - eating small, frequent meals, for instance - you can do it.
