Rasberry Cream

1 packet Medifast Vanilla Supplement
6-8 oz. cold water
3-4 ice cubes
1/2 tsp. Rasberry Ice Crystal Light (dry mix)

Place ice cubes and water in a blender. Add the crystal Light, Medifast Supplement and mix for 10-15 seconds or until most of the ice cubes are crushed.

We use the Vanilla around here for a "base" for all kinds of flavorings. Haven't tried the Rasberry yet. I'll have to try that in my Joint Health.

Yes, that's my recipe, but it is listed as "guest" because I forgot to log in!

I LOVE my popscicles!!!!! Yesterday I made chocolate with a little drop of peppermint extract....OOOH, LA LA!!!!!

It won't be hard for you to find the molds....have fun
