As far as your goal is concerned, why not look at height-weight charts and BMI charts to get an idea of where 'healthy is'. Your goal can always be changed. Only you will know how you feel as you approach the reasonable goal you set for yourself. I used the charts as my indicator.
I am sure that many others on the forum can give you their ideas of what goals should be. Again, you are lovely, and at whatever goal you set for yourself?--when you get there?------oooohhh, la, la!!!!
