Check the calories and carbs. I bet if you look, you will be surprised at what you find. The Propel isn't as good as you might think. My mom used to live on that until I told her how bad it is for this program. Sorry to give the bad news.

I forgot to answer the rest of your question. If memory serves, propel has 2 grams of carbs & 10 calories.

You might want to switch to smart water or vitamin water and throw a bit of sugar free crystal light in it...

Here's a discussion I found from this forum doing a search on propel:

Unca, it's a link from this site

Propel

Postby JuliaMejia » December 4th, 2006, 1:17 am

Hmmmm Sipping on her propel...I havn't started MF yet. 240ml is the serving size. 3 per container @ 10 (30)calories per serving. carbs 3 ( 8 ). Sugars 2g (6g). Hubby just bought me 3 bottles of this tasty stuff...I finished 2! It does have some vitamins but if ur counting, it adds up. I can live without this but will have to figure out what to do for coffee cream !!

Welcome Lucy-loved your post! I can touch my toes alright but I can't breathe when I am down there. My boobs push against my lungs and I start to look like Barney the purple dinosaur.

Hi there lucy
Many many of us were right there with you in your shoes. Look thru the Studio page for encouragement. You'll see lots and lots of people who have parted with the pesky pounds. It's a matter of being very very compliant and consistant. Keep your goal in mind. Remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and as much as we'd like ... it doesn't all leave overnight either. But it will be going. :D :D Keep posting and letting us all know how you're doing.

We have a lot in common - I'm 41, single, started at 254 pounds! We can see how we do together~ :)
