I am sick and tired of being sick and tired....bad choices, poor exercise, or is that NO exercise have left me 41, female and 260 lbs....HELLOOOOO Medifast. I am going to keep it really simple for a while. I like the Chocolate shakes, I like the bars ( only 1 per day) I like salads, I like propel , ( can I have) I will check in often and whine I am sure... I just want normal and not the norm of the US population, I prefer one of thoose hin european countries
