MF suggests NOT exercising the first 3 weeks or so to allow your body to adjust to the lower calorie level. Then start slowly and build up slowly.
Anyone can use MF. They have a program for everyone. Some do a full fast, but that needs to be monitored by a doctor.
The only foods you need to buy in addition to your Medigrub is your lean meat and veggies if you follow the 5 & 1 Plan (doesn't need to be monitored by a doc). That's 5 MF replacement meals and 1 Lean & Green. Read through the Quick Start. It'll help a lot.
