Hello everyone. Stumbled onto this site recently. It all looks very promising and exciting! I am planning on joining as soon as the wallet spares me some money and that should hopefully be in a week or two. I do have a question that involves eating/drinking every few hours. I don't have a problem with it but I work as a cashier at a grocery store and I usually work 6 hrs. a day during the week. The problem I have is that I am only allowed one break during a 6 hr. shift and I don't know how to fit in the food or shake/water. How would I work around this? Any help appreciated, thanks.
Well, if it's every 3 hours it works just fine with your 6 hour shift. Shake before you leave for work, shake during break (that's 3 hours later), then shake when you get home (again, 3 hours later).
Joelie..considered the whole sticking it in my pocket thing..but I don't think I could pull it off because we most always have customers. no..sadly we are not allowed water at our register..which I find very wrong! I am going to register..I am really getting excited about this.
Pashta...we get our breaks at different times..sometimes they give me one only 2 hours after I have been there and sometimes it is 4 hours before I get it..all depending on how busy it is. I suppose it should work well like that though. Not sure what I would do if or when I get my only break 2 hours into my shift..if I drank a shake that soon would make me sick? Thanks for the advice.

That is not a problem at all many people who experience hunger the first few days space their meals 2 to 2 1/2 hrs apart and you can also go up to 4hrs between meals but no longer if you can avoid it
Welcome aboard!! My advice would be to have a supplement at work right before you start your shift in the Break Room, have another during your break and then another right as you leave work. As Lisa said, try not to let more than four hours go between meals and get your water in. I know you can make MF work for you and your schedule. Try to start with your first couple of days when you're not working to get used to the food and the plan. Then you should be good to go. Keep us posted on your progress!!
