Hi,
I have some questions about the ketosis phase. I am hoping you guys have answers.
I read that if your mouth tastes sweet, then your body is in ketosis. But, does the mouth need to taste sweet ALL THE TIME to be sure that your body is in ketosis? Or do we have a sweet taste every now and then?
What are the other symptoms (aside from the sweet taste) of ketosis?
I am curious.... because if, unknowingly, I ate a non-MF item (by mistake, ofcourse)...how would I know if that knocked me outta ketosis? (For enquiring minds.....no...I didn't cheat, yet!)
