I want to do the complete MF diet. So where do I begin choosing whats right for me? I have to lose 150 lbs. Can I have the bars instead of shakes?, what about oatmeal, or soup?......how many of each can I have? I am a little confused with what is what, I want to order this asap, but cant figure out how much of everything I need for a months supply......Are the shakes the only thing that is a meal replacement? Any ideas, or advice?.....Thanks for helping ME!
