Questions about my MF choices? HELP....

I want to do the complete MF diet. So where do I begin choosing whats right for me? I have to lose 150 lbs. Can I have the bars instead of shakes?, what about oatmeal, or soup?......how many of each can I have? I am a little confused with what is what, I want to order this asap, but cant figure out how much of everything I need for a months supply......Are the shakes the only thing that is a meal replacement? Any ideas, or advice?.....Thanks for helping ME!

Honestly, it would be quicker if you looked at the make me thinner FAQ. It answers many, if not all of your questions.
