Hello everyone happy Monday!!!

I have been on this for 3 weeks starting me 4th tomorrow..
I wanted to ask has any one noticed their finger nails growing faster?

Wow I didnt no if it was the protein or what.. But mine seem to be better and growing.. So didnt no and wanted to ask.. Silly maybe but interesting.

Yup, fingernails, hair on head (yay), hair on legs (boo). All growing faster for me. I mean if I'm getting this much nutrition out of these little packets, WHAT THE HECK WAS I DOING BEFORE?

It's not your imagination, I'm doing the same thing!

I haven't noticed any difference.

My nails have not grown this fast or looked this good since the last time I was pregnant and taking prenatal vitamins. Another wonderful side effect of Medifast.

Yeah my nails and hair are growing like wild fire since starting. I know that some have said that they have lost some hair which would be fine by me....as long as it is on my legs!

I haven't noticed any change. A little hair growth would be okay for me. Maybe I wouldn't look like a pre-pubescent little girl anymore. I know, I know. Too much information. It just slays me, though. I have never had "hair" excpet for during pregnancy.

oooh, oooh, my nails and hair are growing faster too! In fact, I'm going to treat myself to a manicure. I haven't had a manicure since I was pregnant and taking prenatal vitamins. The last time I had a manicure, the girls at the salon were so amazed at my real nails that I had two girls doing my nails and another watching. It was rather funny. After my baby was born, I cut my nails so I wouldn't accidentally poke/stab him

Weird thing for me, my nails are growing longer, but they seem to be weaker. Maybe that's just from all the dishes I have to do every single day. No dishwasher here (well, *I* am the dishwasher, I guess!) LOL..
