I thought about doing the fast all week and on weekends have the 5&1. How do you feel about that and if I were to do that how many would I have a day?

:D Hi Jeni! IMHO, I would just stick with the 5 & 1. When you are on the full fast you need doctors supervision. Plus, with the 5 & 1 you can have a little more variety. Just my opinion.

I agree. But keep in mind that many of us on the 5-and-1 do occasionally have a full-plan day for whatever reason (in my case, it's usually because I'm either not hungry or don't have food around).

In any case, the full plan is six supplements a day. The 5-and-1, of course, is five plus a "lean and green" meal.

Hi Jeni,

I agree with Stela and Robin on the 5 & 1 Plan. From what I understand, there is not that much of a weight loss difference, in the long run, between the full fast and the 5 & 1.

I know in my case, I look so forward to my Lean and Green meal at the end of the day.
