L & G question

Questions/Comments about Weight loss Products.

L & G question

I am really trying to tweek my L & G to something I enjoy, I could use expert advice. I would like to have a 3OZ can of tuna with 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese and the veggies. Does this seem correct? I worry about the carbs in the cottage cheese slowing things down. THANKS in advance

There is a table of meatless options and if cottage cheese is on there, then I think you're good to go. It's in the book and I think you can also download it from the website someplace. Hope it works for you. :D Don't be a stranger!
