Hi Taszi ~
Oh, I am sorry that you have been sick.
It takes a while for an inner ear infection to clear up and no wonder you are feeling woozy.
Yes, if a person has felt great and then suddenly feels weak, puny or generally washed out often having some regular bouillon will remedy the situation. It sounds like in your case there was more going on. Be sure to drink plenty of
water - that will also help to get rid of the left over cold
gunk by thinning it down so it can drain out...how does one delicately describe snot?
Taszi, the scale is moving in the right direction so that's good news. You survived Boot Camp (the first week), you've gotten through most of the cold and now you are on your way to thinny bliss - keep on going!
Gosh, Folks...even when we are not on a weight loss program we have rough weeks, right?
We get colds, Aunt Flo comes by, birthdays and special events happen and look at us - all those things STILL occur and yet we get skinnier each week by doing the things that lead to skinniness:
Eating breakfast within the first hour of
leaping out of bed
Eating
every three hours
Eating low fat meals
Exercising most every day
Planning our meals in advance
Hanging out
with our losing friends for
support and
encouragement
Weighing and monitoring our progress
We are having fun!
