I'm currently doing the full fast like that:
- Shake
- Shake / Oatmeal
- Soup
- Shake
- Bar
- Shake
I read that on the FAQ:
Complete Meal Replacement (Medifast 55, 70, Appetite Suppression) - Requires five Medifast supplements a day, no regular food. Recommended if you have a lot of weight to lose or you prefer to avoid all food choices.
I wanted to know, with my current plan I have 6 meals/day. I want to OPTIMIZE weight loss: should I reduce to 5 meals/day if I feel no hunger, including the bar?
I'd do something like:
- Shake
- Shake / Oatmeal
- Soup / Bar
- Shake
- Shake
Would it be better for weight loss?
