I eat Boca burgers all the time for my "lean" in my "lean & green." I just check the labels, like you did, to make sure I don't buy the versions that have higher carbs and calories (for example, I think Morningstar makes a tomato basil soy patty that I love, but that has a few too many carbs for MFing). I like the fact that the soy burgers usually have a good bit of fiber in them, too, and I can't mess up by having a bit too much of it (since they're automatically portioned for you). Personally, I'm all aboard the soy burger train! So maybe we're both goofing up, but hey, at least you're not alone!
