Question about cold cut meats

Postby Blondie » January 24th, 2006, 10:25 am

Hello everyone,
hope everyone is doing well. I have a question, can we eat buffalo style chicken roll from the deli as a protein in the evening. My boss gave me a little piece to taste, OH MY GOD ! it was delicious! and for those of you who love the spicy foods, well, it's great. I never had it, but I am hesitating on having it. I would like to put it over a salad for dinner if possible. If anyone can answer this I would greatly appreciate it.
This is my 4th day on the plan, and it's not soooo bad!
I hope to be at my goal weight by MAY!
Good luck everyone! keep in touch....

Do they have nutrition info on it at the deli? I would guess it's much higher in fat (and sodium) than regular chicken breast. Processed stuff usually is.

Same answer as above, but....

Boar's Head makes turkey flavored with Buffalo wing sauce kinda thing on the casing. I have had it, but I don't relaly like buffalo wing stuff cause of the vinegar-y taste. But, this wasn't bad. I know it is different and not really what you asked, but maybe if you are in the mood for the flavor some day...
