Question about bars and Soy Crisps

Postby tlo » July 29th, 2006, 8:09 pm

I have just recently gotten some Apple Cinnamon Soy Crisps (thanks Lori:) and I love them, but I have a question.

Now I know that we are only suppose to eat one bar a day. But is it alright to eat one bar, and one bag of soy crisps a day? Or is it one or the other, either a bar or a soy crisp each day.

Please help :?

You are to have no more than one bar a day.

The soy crisps are considered a snack, so if you are doing one snack - which is suggested now, then the crisps are your one snack. Having both in one day is ok.

Now if you hit a plateau, try cutting out of them - at least till you are over your plateau.

You are allowed one bar. If you also have a snack, you can make it the soy crisps, or crackers, or fast soup, or one of the other approved snacks. Thats the legal statment about snacks. ;)
